Great views, nice bar area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located close to a park and some shopping areas which made it easy to get out and explore the city during our downtime.
The rooms were quite dated and the furniture was worn out. , the air conditioning wasn't very effective which made for an uncomfortable stay during the hot summer weather.

Convenient location and great amenities Spent Christmas at a 5-star hotel in Chongqing and enjoyed the convenient location near an upscale shopping mall and a beautiful park. the hotel had impressive amenities such as a comfortable lobby bar and a tea room. the service was good, and the rooms were elegant and comfortable.
Noise and language barrier the biggest downside was the level of noise from the traffic and music in the nearby park. It was especially noticeable in the mornings and evenings.

Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the city from the business center on the top floor. the hotel is connected to an underground mall, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.
English language proficiency among staff members may be limited, posing a potential challenge for non-Mandarin speaking guests.
